With two 24-hour urgent care San Antonio locations and one 24-hour urgent care location in Selma, we take care of life’s little emergencies day and all night. During regular business hours, we treat patients every day, but our three 24-hour clinics are staffed with providers to treat Life’s Little Emergencies during the nighttime hours between 11 p.m. and 8 a.m.
After-Hours Fee
Most patients will be charged an After-Hours fee upon check-in. Between the hours of 11 p.m. and 8 a.m., this additional fee is due at the time of service. Some insurance plans we have contracted will cover this cost. Patients being treated for a work-related injury will not be charged the After-Hours fee.
Do not waste your time and money at a freestanding or hospital emergency room just because it’s very late or very early. Texas MedClinic is here to provide you quality urgent care – day and night.
